Used in Herbal Medicine: (1) to help relieve premenstrual symptoms; (2) as a hormone normaliser to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities; (3) to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes.
Chastetree berry is a female hormonal regulator par excellence, used for menstrual irregularities, PMS (Premenstrual syndrome), dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation), as well as cyclical mastalgia (breast pain) and fertility issues in women. Chastetree is also effective for treating acne.

Dosage:
